Note: In this application, if the client dose not provide his ekey, a power of attorney must be provided to enable the applicant to submit the application.

Board resolution for BSC & BSC (closed) or Director/Directors’ Resolution (for W.L.L. companies) or partners’ meeting minutes (for partnership and a simple commendite company & Commandite by Shares Company approving the Commercial address change. *

Copy of lease agreement or proof of property ownership
* Not required for individual establishment.
